At this point, I don't even think the mods are banning him, I think he just keeps deleting his account

and making a new one 5 seconds later. Why does he keep coming back. Why is he not in jail? Why is he not dead?

I don't even think mods can stop him. Hell, I don't even think Tom Fulp himself can stop him.
